    Testimonials

See what our clients are saying about us:

“Diane and I have worked together for several years now. She works with all levels of experience and also people with injuries. I are currently working on an online 90-Day Challenge sponsored by National Academy of Sports Medicine and Quest Foods. I have made a huge transformation with her training and guidance. She has taught me so much about strength training and nutrition. I would highly recommend working with Diane for any of your health needs.”

“This letter is to provide a testimony for the physical training and interpersonal skills of Diane Militello and her effectiveness in achieving outstanding results for her clients. I came to Diane about 4 years ago after working at a desk job for 28 years. I was in need of physical rehabilitation to improve muscle tone and to overcome postural problems resulting from many years sitting at computer screens. I also had limited motion in my right shoulder due to an old injury for which I wanted to achieve

    increased mobility.

Diane developed a training program for me and supervised my efforts with amazing success. I have increased my weight from 130 to 155 pounds by way of adding good muscle. My body fat is approximately 10%. I have regained complete range of motion in my right shoulder. I now have excellent balance, and new physical skills which I would never have thought possible. For example, I am able to do gymnastics on both high bar and rings. I am enormously grateful for these gifts and benefits of training with Diane.

As a result of my positive improvements, my wife recently started training with Diane and is achieving similar gains in flexibility, posture, and stamina. To obtain such good results, Diane has a very robust skill set:

Excellent knowledge of physiology and muscle function. Diane is a registered nurse and has a comprehensive medical background.

Very creative in developing targeted exercise. Knows when and how to challenge a client for higher levels of performance.

Sensitive to the safe performance of all exercises. Diane monitors the client closely and is careful to keep exercises efforts within safe limits for the given physical condition of the client. Being a nurse really helps in maintaining appropriate bounds.

Likable and friendly. Connects well with clients and demonstrates a caring demeanor. Very important for generating client motivation to keep at it and improve.

Great teacher and role model. Many trainers have attended sessions with me and Diane to understand her methods and see the results first hand.

Her results speak for themselves and attract new clients. I am in great shape and have received many compliments and referral request.”
